Has anyone done a WSB routine before? I was checking it out and I like how your constantly switching your big lifts to prevent musce adaptation. The dyanamic days also help alot for your big lifts, I know that from personal experience. As does having a max effort day twice a week. I dont know I checked this out and it seems to cover all the bases. After Andalite's routine I'll need something for college so I've been reading up and this looks to be the most promising.
