BBQ chicken pizza. Actually I do make this 1x or 2x a month as I'm not on low carb but am eating moderate carbs. I guess you could get some low carb pizza crusts.

BBQ chicken pizza
pizza crust -- bake plain for about 5-10 min at 425
Brush w/BBQ sauce & top with Italian seasoning, cooked chicken (add shrimp too --YUM), cheese & drizzle w/more BBQ sauce.

Actually got the recipe from an issue of M&F a couple months ago.

i don't do recipes
lol
i create in the restaurant yes but i never measure anything

must be doing something right............been at it over 30 years
but any food questions you or anyone might have feel free to post here or message me

i've posted several recipes up here before, but i always get the same response...."sounds good, but i can't cook."

i can post up some more....here's what i had last night:

pecan-crusted tilapia:

3/4 lbs tilapia filets
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 egg white, lightly beaten
olive oil

preheat oven to 400 degrees. place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and place in oven. season the filets with the spices, dip them in the egg whites, and then dredge them in the pecans to coat. heat some olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. when the oil is hot, brown the filets about 2 minutes on each side. place the filets on the cookie sheet in oven and bake for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. when done, it should easily flake apart with a fork. enjoy!

i made vege creole as a side:

1 zuchini, sliced
1/2 cup sweet onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup freshly chopped tomatoes or canned diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon worcestshire
2 packets splenda
salt & pepper to taste

i sauteed the garlic in a bit of olive oil, then added the green peppers, onions, zuchini, salt & pepper - cook 5-10 minutes then add the tomatoes, worcestshire and splenda. cook 5 minutes more.

Thanks Shak! I will make the tilapia. I love it and have just been putting lemon pepper on it. This will be a nice change.
