Too Many calories at night

This question was for MR X but anyone can answer.

My last meal is at about 9pm which compries of lean chiken and some veggies or something similiar. Now If I take in a night time shake at around 10:30 and i go to bed around 11, is that too late to take in those amount of calories even though I need that night time shake?

Should I not eat a full meal?

I think 1 1/2 hours is not too late, but in your other post I said you should take out the shake if you feel it's hindering fat-loss and just stick w/ doing fiber.

But what about the lack of protein when I sleep. You think that maybe I should just have a shake for dinner adn SOMETHING LIGHT TO GO ALONG WITH IT SO i CAN GE THE ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF PROTEIN?

I would think if you need food before bed to go to sleep, you can just keep the plan we had before w/ a chicken dinner and a protein shake after - that should not be a problem if you need it to go to bed. Positive nitrogen balances have always been a good thing.
