I took some back vids tonight... all I could do was bar rows and deads though... because I was limited on my memory card for ONE reason... and I couldn't vid upstairs... only authorized downstairs... so I couldn't get one of lat pull downs or cable rows.
I have a friend who owns a gym downtown, he said I could film there any time I want to.
I'm working on getting these things over to my computer... is there a way to cut out some of the beginning stuff... like me walking over to the bar?
