Hey, if you don't have someone to take a video of you... do you just set the digital camera down and hit the start... walk over, and then start lifting... ?

I can probably do that... I haven't had a decent workout parter in forever... oh wait... nevermind... I forgot... LOL

I have a friend that owns a gym in Chicago... I'm sure he'd let me do it...

ANyway... could I still put the shit down on the bench? :)

It takes practice. Video the warm-ups...then delete them. Keep video taping your warm-ups till you get it right.

Shoot...just ASK SOMEONE!!!!

yeah basicly I hit the start button and go lift.

it will be a distraction at first but now I'm used to it.
It is like added pressure. It's like lifting in front of an audience! :)
 
taking video of your workouts is like a drug. If my mom is ever out with the camera or using it for something else i feel weird not being able to check out my form.

I set it down on a chair and just hit record, walk over and lift, then walk back and hit stop.
 
I don't think I'll have preforming in front of the camera *tee hee* ... Ask someone? LOL -- this is Chicago... most people will look at me like "What the fuck is this guy the fucking king tut??!" :)

I might ask one of the women to take the video of me... I have only talked to TWO people.. .the front desk girl and her friend (who works out there), both noticed I was gone for 8 months and asked me why -- after my workout while I was taking my gloves off and putting my sweatshirt on... so I'm sure one of them would like to help....

I'm looking forward to videoing:

Barbell Rows, Deadlifts, Front Squats, Zercher squats, and forearm wrist curls. :) LOL -- ok ok... not the forarm wrist curls.. :)
