I am getting there. Work has been nuts. I floundered the gym from Wednesday on. Kept the diet clean though.
I have to work tomorrow at another show. This time in Rhode Island. I will probably go out after for a few.
If I don't get my new gym membership tonight it will be Sunday. I am looking forward to seeing younger people, more motivated people.
The plan is to get up even earlier and do some cardio too. I can see abs across the board now but I am not ripped. I am still wider than I like but the waist is coming down. Cardio will kick up the progress.
I really need to keep lifting heavier too. I need to fill out quicker. I am about 50% strength compared to before the surgery.
No scale lately but I think I must be below 260 now.
Did arms the other day and saw some good veins in the bi's and tri's for the first time in a while.
I'm dead today. Haven't eaten enough. Overall, my motivation is high.
Got up at 6am and went to the new gym. It wasn't that bad. I went a little heavier on chest... only up to 70's on the incline. Repping the 120's is long gone for me.
My shoulder hurt a bit so I was carefull. Slowly going heavier and heavier.
Now all I need is cardio.
My diet is about 60 to 70%.
The week ended rough. I had clients in town. That consisted of 10 to 12 hour days. I ate well but only three times a day.
I have not been to the gym since Wednesday.
Hopefully, the weekend goes better.
I went out to eat last night. I had a killer steak and a very small amount of potatos. Felt good. Slept for 10+ hours. Plan on going to the gym today to get a jump start on the week.
I have no clue where the scale is in my new gym so I have no idea what I am weighing. I think I am losing fat still. My abs are slowly coming in.
My plan is to get up a little earlier and lift more and put some cardio in. That should help a lot.

I am working out tonight. Couldn't get out of bed in the morning.
I was hoping to watch the last episode of 24 tonight but I am making myself go to the gym. Each day I don't skip is one day sooner (is that a word?) I will achieve my goals!
Chest tonight. Maybe I will hit some cardio. I doubt it but I need to start. My pants are starting to get a bit more loose. I need to ramp up the results with more consistent lifting, eating more and actually doing cardio.
I may be traveling the first or second weekend in June to see some friends so I can use that as a target to speed up my results.
Went to the gym last night. It was packed. Due to the lack of dumbells I had to jump up to the 85's for incline. Got a couple of sets out. My shoulder is really tender today. Hopefully, I didn't tear anything.
Flat I had to go to the bench. I just stuck to 135 and did pause reps. A month ago or so I couldn't even do flat so I guess I can't complain.
Hit back this morning. I am dead tired now. I just want to get out of work, go home and go to bed! I'm getting old!!!
Diet has been good.
Still need to start cardio.
