Diet has been on the money. In fact I am adding in carbs as I figured out I was under 100 grams every day. I am up to 200 plus grams a day now. It put a quick ten pounds on me. The carbs make me really vascular at the gym too.
Been doing well at the gym. Trying to make it six times instead of three each week.
Had and epic meltdown at work. Smashed everything at my desk while berating some moron who is costing me business. I guess what I am saying is stress is killing me.
