Time for me to drop some pounds...

Everything has been in check this week so far. Diet is good. Gym is good.
Heading to NH Friday night. Lounge around Saturday. Working a NPC show in Boston on Sunday. That should motivate me.
All should be good as long as I don't go out on Friday!!!
 
how nice it must be to have your life slat1. For the rest of us mortals we get by and stay motivated vicariously through your lifestyle and your stories of shit like the NPC shows.

Yo, I'll give you all my K if you can get a picture of some super hot chick holding up a sign that says " These D's are Uncle Bees!" For real man, you would make my year just by doing that bro.
 
I don't think I can get that picture without getting fired from my position of Judge.
I am sure one of these weekends I will be able to get you a nice picture of two like you are requesting though.
 
Meals have been on point until 4pm. I had half of a slice of pizza. I was starving and it was there. Oh well.
On the plus side I made another batch of Needto's bars. They are a lifesaver for me at 11am and 4pm. I get bored of Salmon all the time.
I was 256 this morning. I can see abs. Just not ripped yet.
As for my workouts still doing one bodypart a day. I am starting to up the pounds a bit since my shoulder seems to be holding up. My strength is about 50% of what it used to be but I am getting there. Slow and steady.
I need to start some cardio up!!!
 
Looks like I am staying in CT tomorrow and going out for dinner and drinks. Got to live life still.
Saturday will be an errand day and I will stay in that night.
Sunday in Boston all day. I better pack my meals or I am screwed.
 
Thats cool bro, like I said it would be cool but it is just a thought. Good to hear that your diet is coming along most of the time.

My diet is going good, but I find that I always end up eating a bit less than I should when I start to see good results. Im down a little under 30lbs. for the last two months. I hope to be down to my cycling(bicycling) weight by the middle of fall this year. It's been soo long since I was under 230lbs, not since Basic training almost nine years ago, so I can't wait.
 
There are a bunch of pictures up on RXMuscle.com. The show is the Jay Cutler Classic. It was a long day. Jay and Dexter were huge. Both had really thick midsections and were bloated beyond belief.
I didn't get to eat too much. I had a burger on a bun. The bun killed my stomach!
Back on track this week so far. I have been stepping it up at the gym too since I felt small and fat after seeing everyone at the show.
I am sitting at 258 in the mornings right now.
Looks like I am trying out a new gym tomorrow. A Gold's Gym. I need a better environment. Plus, it will be nice to see more good looking women for motivation.
Hopefully, lifting heavier will spur a little more muscle and help me drop body fat a bit faster. I really need to start up cardio. Not just for fat loss but also for health benefits.
