Time for me to drop some pounds...

Okay, I am finishing off the crap in my apt. The pork/beef sausages. About 40g's of low grade prtn in them.
Taking some omega 3, 6 & 9 with them.
Three more Somalyze before bed.
Hopefully, I get up at 6am and go to the gym. If I do my diet will look a lot better tomorrow!

No fat burners at this point. I allow myself to use them if I can do cardio for two weeks strait.

Breakfast: 60grm prtn w/ half cup of oatmeal
Beverly Super Pack

11am: Nothing. Too busy

Lunch: Turkey on whole wheat w/ lettuce, tomato, mustard.

*Today is my first day off for the year. I came in to finish shit and now the whole company is gone and I am stuck here until 5:30pm. Lets just say I am annoyed. I need a new job.

Just got some of Needto's bars in. They will make a good 11am and 3pm snack. Once I am more motivated I will probably use chicken and salmon instead. I just don't have the time right now.

Isn't it funny how motivation seems like the snowball effect? I mean at first I always start off kinda overwhelmed about the entire process, and as time goes on and I have been cutting for a while longer I get a little more into it than before. and so on and so on until I am halfway through cutting and I have the desire to do things the right way and to do my cardio like I should be. I feel ya slat1 I know how being soo busy can just add to the frustration of having to watch what your eating and when and trying to plan out meals all while your so busy at work you find it a chore just to go to the latrine an take a smash.
My problem lately is I always wake up in the middle of the night STARVING like a carnivore. I've tried eating cottage cheese or something else with high casein protein but I still end up grabbing a spoonful of PB. Anyone have any suggestions on this? I wish I could find something that I can take before bed to keep the hungryman at bay.

You might want to look into Dave Palumbo's Somalyze. It helps you sleep through the night and the usnic acid should help a person lean out in theory.
I sleep like crap. On that stuff I make it through the night unless I drink a ton of water.
Give it a whirl. Its cheapest on bodybuilding.com.

4pm. 8oz of ground beef.
*I just cancelled Easter. I am going to meet a couple girls at a strip club (they work there). This weekend is shot!

Hey bro I know I am kinda new...but you have been around long enough to know that consistancy is the key in this.....so look at how your are handling your daily activities.....are you being consistant enough to see results??? I am not trying to be mean....just trying to help. Sometimes we need friends to help point out what we can try to be better at. God luck bro...i know you can do it!!!

I need to pull it together. I barely ate all weekend and I was 265. The last time I was that much I was working out 6 days a week and had 8 abbs.
This Journal thing might not take off for a while. I need to get my life in order. Too much stress. Too much booze (even if it is once a week it kills my whole week).
Hang tight. I will be back!
