Keep at it bro. You have the knowledge, just work on applying it one day at a time. Stay in the now. Think about just your current meal or just today's meals and nothing else. This can keep you from getting overwhelmed and discouraged. Don't look ahead and definitely don't look back.
Do this everyday and sometime in July you'll look in the mirror and think holy shit!
