*I just cancelled Easter. I am going to meet a couple girls at a strip club (they work there). This weekend is shot!

Lol, that shit cracked me up. I like to cancel holidays too.

Keep at it bro. You have the knowledge, just work on applying it one day at a time. Stay in the now. Think about just your current meal or just today's meals and nothing else. This can keep you from getting overwhelmed and discouraged. Don't look ahead and definitely don't look back.

Do this everyday and sometime in July you'll look in the mirror and think holy shit!
 
I am getting over being really sick. I just spent a few days on my couch sweating like I was dying. I have been pumping myself full of electrolytes and antioxidents.
The plan is to hit the gym tomorrow and Sunday. After that just do one body part per day in the morning before work. That way I don't have to get up too early. When that is the case I flounder. I have a feeling I am about to step it up!
 
hey slat, coincidentally I myself was under the control of a mild cold at the start of this week, felt better towards the end, then today a did an hour and a half on my trainer at home(bicycle trainer) at a fairly moderate intensity, and afterwards felt like utter shit. I gave it a few hours and I'm ready to go again, but I think I'll take the rest of the weekend to rest to be sure and keep up my water and sodium levels just to be on the safe side.

I see some honey tea in my future!

6am shake (waxy maize, leucine, bcaas)w/ Beverly Superpack

7am workout

8:30am PWO shake (60grm whey,75grms dextrose, 10grms leucine, bcaas)

11am salmon (40grms prtn)

2pm two ANPB sandwiches (0n the road)using Ezekial bread

6pm salmon

9pm chicken (10oz)w/ Omega 3, 6, 9.

*I can see abs. I am far from shredded but I can see them in locker room mirror. Now I just need to get rid of the fat on them and clean them up! :)

hey bro diet looking good.....if you get that and the gym thing regular...then you've got it whipped...you know results are coming....great job....i am started my diet and trying to cut for boating season....when i get the guts up I am going to post diet and pics...lol.....its good to see your doing better...I knew you could....be safe,.
 
Ha ha no posting pictures for me for a while.
I did well til Thursday night. I had a work function. I got pretty bombed.
Friday went well mealwise. I got out early (first time ever) and sat on a deck and had drinks with coworkers and a bunch of friends. That turned into staying out too late. I slept all day Saturday and on and off Sunday. I ate pizza too.
Back to the grind today. Diet is back in place. Went to the gym too.
Looks like I am moving to a Gold's Gym in the next few weeks. My membership is up at the current place. Its convenient but it sucks. Bad environment and not enough quality equipment.
This weekend should motivate me. I am juding a show in Boston and will see a bunch of people in sick shape...
