If your endurance is sucking it maybe you should try a wave program. You didn't post what your schedule is but this can work with most anything.
Instead of doing the same number of reps every week, change it up. Heavy (5-6), medium (8-10), and light (12-15 or more). Simple concept when you think about it: Get your heavy day in, do some hypertrophy work, then give yourself a break + build endurance with high reps.
Takes the pressure off of having to pound the weights every time, part of what may be stressing you out. You could also throw in some drop sets, a good way to move a lot of weight in a short period of time w/o having max stress on your CNS and also will build on your endurance.
Doing the same routine week after after week can really wear on you. I've found this method to work well with limited time available and keeps me motivated to stick to my schedule and give it my best effort every time.
