The Perfect Breakfast

I just scarfed down the perfect breakfast to start a day, and thought I'd share it with ya'll. It was a splended mix of fast and medium digesting proteins, simple and complex carbs, and of course those healthy fats. Here's what it looked like:

3 Egg Omelet:
3 Whole Eggs
1/2 Red Pepper chopped
1/2 Cup Spinach
Topped with Salsa

Protein Oatmeal:
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
1/2 Cup Oats
2 Tbl Flaxseed
2 Tbl Peanut Butter Powder

Fruit Medley:
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Strawberry
1/2 Blueberries

This incredible, delicious meal contains 780 Calories, 57g Protein, 76g Carbs, and 26g Fat. Anyone got anything better?

I actually laughed out loud when I read "popcorn cheese".. I have done that too many times with egg whites. White Cheddar is the best lol

I remember a few years ago watching a video of Ronnie Coleman making eggs. He added about of pound of cheese powder to it. With the exception of whey, I try to stay away from dairy.. so the cheese powder is awesome when dieting hard.
 
6oz. ny strip steak (with fat)
2 pieces of bacon
1 large susage (no carbs)
1 whole egg (boiled)
2 cups of steamed veggies
2 tbsp. psyllium husk fiber
4 walnuts

Great fuckin real fast bro... Gonna copy it, this morning mine looked like this
8 egg whites
1 whole egg(raw chugged)
11/2 cup strawberries
And 11/2 tblespoon flax oil...

I kno , no carbs in therebut I take a n2slin 15 mins after that meal and I'm on my 2nd meal which is ablut hour and 15 mins after meal 1... which is about 7-8oz grill chicken w/ cup of oatmeal and some almonds...
