The Perfect Breakfast

Omelet
1 whole egg
6 egg whites
2 turkey sausage patties
2 pieces sharp cheddar
1tbsp habanero

Shake
1 cup dry measure oatmeal
2 scoops vanilla protein
3 dashes cinnamon
1/8 cup sugar free maple syrup
1 tbsp chopped almonds
12 oz water or low-fat milk

Mix in blender
 
This morning was a scoop of protein, and some watermelon. Then about an hour later a breakfast burrito from Qdoba Mexican Grill. Whole Grain Tortilla, Grilled Steak, Eggs, Potatoes, Ranchera Sauce, and Salsa Verde. Tasted like heaven. According to their website this meal was around 725 Calories, 52g Protein, 70g carb, and 27g fat.
 
Sounds like ageist breakfast, so happy I got off from work today... Just slept for 10 hours felt so fuckin good...
My breakfast which I'm cooking now willl be...
8 egg whites
1whole egg
1/4 scoop of syntha 6 powder mixed w/ eggs
1cup strawberries
11/2 tblespoon flax oil
1 cup oatmeal

Following this I will head to my supermarket and by some groceries , halibut will deff be in there bc that will be my 2nd meal of the day along with cup of spinach and more flax oil...
The gym will follow my second meal, and pw I have 50g Waixy maize followed w/ 50g whey...
Pw meal , feeling sushi today, 3 rolls, all salmon avocado, but will have one or two with brown rice and the other one or two with just seaweed ....

I'm carb cycling and today is a medium day, so I figure that's enough carbs. Tommorow is high, followed by a low day.... In usally do high days on chest /back
 
I just scarfed down the perfect breakfast to start a day, and thought I'd share it with ya'll. It was a splended mix of fast and medium digesting proteins, simple and complex carbs, and of course those healthy fats. Here's what it looked like:

3 Egg Omelet:
3 Whole Eggs
1/2 Red Pepper chopped
1/2 Cup Spinach
Topped with Salsa

Protein Oatmeal:
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein
1/2 Cup Oats
2 Tbl Flaxseed
2 Tbl Peanut Butter Powder

Fruit Medley:
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Strawberry
1/2 Blueberries

This incredible, delicious meal contains 780 Calories, 57g Protein, 76g Carbs, and 26g Fat. Anyone got anything better?

Peanut butter powder???

I usually do 1/4 pound of ground turkey, 2 eggs, 5 "cheesy" egg whites (the egg beaters kind, quite amazing) & bell peps/onions. Scramble it all up.

Add some red pepper flakes for some spice and you're GTG!

Your breakfasts sounds tasty and great macros. How long did that take to prep?
 
I like 3 egg whites, scrambled, with a small bowl of kashi cereal or oatmeal. It's just a nice balance of protein and carbs to start the day.

On the weekends, when I have more time than during the workweek, I like adding protein powder into some whole wheat pancake mix, and throw in a few blueberries. *mmmm*
