I have been following a full body workout for the last 4 weeks of my cycle and will be combining it with HIIT cardio 3x a week for a little extra fat loss. I will do full body workouts throughout my PCT. I feel better everytime i do heavy woorkouts with the main lifts rather than excessive reps with more exercises. So on Wednesday I did
deadlift - 405x7
BTN Military - 195x6
And Friday I did Bench and squat. I had a shitty day though, no sleep and no food really fucks with ur workouts. I benched 315x4 and squatted 315x5, 365x1 but those are warmup numbers on a good day. Next week should be a lot better.
