Thx guys - def felt more from those squats than on any other leg day. I really am just now not sore and im ON cycle lol. 315x12 was ATG too

***Good chest workout. I wish i worked out my back as hard as I do my chest. My bb rows are weak compared to my bench so I need to focus on back, but nonetheless I still had a solid bench day. 315x6 felt light and I know I can get more next week. Also happy about 225x20 AFTER a max set to failure, My goal is 25 by the end of this cycle!
 
thx tblock. Im feeling REALLY fuckin good on 750mg test.

2 more weeks and then i got 4 weeks of cutting on a prohormone katanadrol. Ill also be taking my own fatburner i made. Ill be adding in cardio and switching my style of training for 4 weeks and really cutting up. Then im off cycle for a while at least till next summer

Got back tonight, gonna hit deads hard, pullups, bb rows and db rows, and btn at pulldowns to finish it off.

Fuckin hard lol. My form was shitty imo but my buddy did 3 and i wasnt gonna just let him do that without attempting the same weight. Actually my first rep wasnt BAD, but my second was pretty awful. I dont even wanna talk about my 3rd "attempt"

Good workout. Stoked about 500. But hard to get stoked when you see your form isnt that great and im usually all about perfect form. fuck it i need to stop bitchin and jus be glad i got 1/4 of a ton off the fuckin ground LOL

****Everything felt strong today. Im starting a full body routine for the next 6 weeks while IM trying to cut fat. I also took a personally made fat burner and damn i felt focused and energized. My heart rate needs to get better lol that is just ridiculous!!!
