Week 3 Day 1 Full Body

Bench:
45x10 warmup
135x5
185x5
225x5
275x5
315x7

Did the same weight on friday for some reason. I feel like in order to get my bench up I need to get my 315 to 10 reps. Everytime I start goin heavier I tend to stall. I think its because i dont consolodate any of my bench strength from 275-335. So 335 feels just as heavy as 365. That is not good lol. 315 is starting to feel light though and I could have gotten 8 if I had a spotter behind me im pretty sure.

Squats:
135x5 warmup
185x5
225x5
275x5
315x5
405x3

Good fuckin squats right here. Went all the way down and I almost got 4 but I only took 2 seconds between each rep. Pretty stupid, I should have stood there for 10-15 seconds after the 3rd rep and really killed the 4th rep, but instead went down and was already tellin myself I prob wasnt gonna get the 4th one. Either way Im happy with 405x3.

BB Rows:
135x5 - warmup
195x5x5

I wrote in my journal 195x5x5 but really it was supposed to be ONE top set of 195x5. But after the first set of 195 it felt light so I just did 5 sets of it. Glad I did because my back is nice and sore today.

BW dips:

Really trying to work on these and start getting 50.

I had a great workout guys. My weight is at 203lbs but Im feeling solid. Im on 500mg test e still and katanadrol/dieselbolan. 5 caps and 3 caps, respectively. Feelin like a fuckin monster

We are pretty neck and neck on squatting atm, but I bet my max has you by a couple pounds lol.:biggrin:

I have no clue what my max on bench is atm. Last time I bench stronged was the workout before last and was doing sets of 5 with 185lbs + a blue band rapped under the bench fron each side of the bar which is an extra 100lbs resistance.

I hope my coach has me test my max one of these days when I'm feeling on point. Would love to put up 300-315 for a good single.

Yea brah i love following ur log cuz ur squats are around the same as mine. Yea my bench and military are pretty strong, But my back needs to get stronger. I wasnt born with good pulling strength at all.

Id say you could put up 315, maybe try some static holds first?

***Good workout, like all my lifts, the 80-90% range of my 1RM on all ym lifts feel heavier than they should. Thats because Ill jump up to max weight (1,2,3 RM) and make big jumps and save my energy for them. So I am going to try and make smaller jumps so I get strong and feel comfortable with the 80-90% range.

On my btn military I usually would have jumped from 165 to 225, but thats a 60lb jump and i dont wanna do that anymore. BUt either way putting up 225 felt good. The Katanadrol and Dieselbolan are startin to kick in

Thanks bro. it definitely was heavy as fuck and I think i might even start going in front to the chest but we will see.

Im going to start doin a 4 day split. Either M/W/F/Sa or Su/Tu/Th/Fri. Its gonna be based on the 5x5 but with an extra "conditioning" day. Also 1x5 is a top set of 5, and 5x5 will be 5 sets of 5 of the same weight.

Day 1:
Squats 1x5
Bench 1x5
BB Rows 5x5
Bw dips 4xmax-10 (so for 30 rep max i would so 4x20)

Day 2:
Light Squats
40-50 pullups
BTN Military 1x5
Deadlift 5x5

Day 3:
Squats 4x5, 1x3, 1x10
Bench 10x3
BB Rows 10x3
Weighted Dips 4x5

Day 4:
BB Complex: 8 reps each
-Deadlift
-High Pull
-Push Press
-Front Squat
-BB Rows
-Hang Cleans
-BB Lunges
