k on friday I did Week 2 Day 3 of my full body routine
just listing my top sets
Squats:
385x4
bench:
315x7
225x10 Paused
bb rows:
185x3 10 sets. Is that 185x3x10 or 185x10x3?
Dips:
bw + 135lbs x7
bb curl:
135x2
used strict form on everything. Squats were deep. Felt really good for this workout. i wanna focus on getting 315x10 for bench instead of higher weight, because i feel like i stalled trying to go heavier.
Also what does paused benching do? I did it with 225 after my 315 set, it felt good but what are the benefits
