actually i was just talking to a buddy of mine that's doing a masters in nutrition and he tells me that we should incorporate 1 g vit C and 800iu vit E every morning on top of the multivitamins we have to take with the diet... he says the multivitamins lack those vitamins in perticular and should be taken in extra... good point no??? BTW i'm starting it from feb 1st to 28th... can't wait...
