d) all my coworkers are finally convinced that I am utterly insane. I love it.
lol, me too bro. I love this diet so far, i havnt had any problems with energy at all not even after i got back in the gym. Actually i feel like i have more energy than normal, i'm into my 3rd week, down 9lbs so far :)

good for you, bro. I am actually finding the energy aspect quite the opposite. I have zero energy and am tired all the time. Tomorrow will be my 7th day. It was better today. I cheated once, but it was only for one meal. I hope to stick with it for 3-4 weeks and see if I accomplish my goal of dropping a few bf percentages.

Im really interested to try this. I do a lot of training though, 6 days a week pretty intense boxing/grappling/muay thai. and weights 3 days a week in morning with sprints on the other 3 mornings.

How does someone incorporate this into their diet? Wouldnt it cause my muscles to be shot with low glycogen fills? :(

this diet would be like heaven! would it work if i just used it on my rest day? (sunday)
 
I may try this for 6 weeks and see if it'll help with the kidney fat deposits.

You guys are just eating the pb out of the jar, and washing it down with the protien shake?

Is it possible to loose fat, and increase LBM on this diet?

anybody found a way to curb the runs while on this stuff,I know its only temp but I am in class many hours a day and having to run out to shit isnt really acceptable multiple times in a class, pepto maybe?

im counting on starting tomorrow so any help would be great
