As long as you get your vitamins in I'd imagine it would be fine for the short term. 12 weeks isn't that long. Not to mention that your refeed day gives ample opportunity to replace any nutrients you've missed (although there really shouldn't be any).
would this diet suck terribly for someone on a bulking cycle? like 500mg test eth 500mg eq and 300mg deca a week? i need a good diet for this cycle, but i need to loose some fat too! thx
I'm on day 3 of this diet...One thing I'm noticing now like someone else mentioned is the runs :/ Stomach is having a tough time adapting to only pb/protein shakes.
Been bulking for a while time to cut for i while i feel. I figgure i dont really need to adjust my training routine a great deal do i? i.e. i should still be able to continue training as if i am trying to cut up?
