That inevitable plateau

Hi ladies!! I was hoping to get a little advise about how to kick my ass into gear. I have been at it with a very clean diet and hard core training for 1 month now. I began by carb cycling but didn't really like it so now I am at about 50-60% pro, 30% carb, and 15-20% fat and stay around 1200 calories.

I'm 5'0"
at 116.0lbs
18.6% BF

My weight has not budged over the month but body fat did go down from 23.6%. So I know that progress is being made but I seem to be stuck. I've been taking pictures each week and at first saw a noticeable difference, but I'm not seeing much of anything anymore. I went from 30 min of cardio 5x a week to 45 min 5x per week, but still no change. Still lifting heavy 5x per week. Any advice on other things to try. Here's my typical daily diet:

4whites 1 whole
1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 whole wheat pita
3 oz tuna w/1 egg white

4 egg whites
1/2 cottage cheese w/splenda
1/2 tbs natty pb

3 oz turkey
veggies

1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ cocoa powder & splenda
1 tbs natty pb

Usually there is a protein skake w/lite soy milk in there instead of one of those cottage cheese meals, but I've been on a break from school and have more time at home to prepare things.

Am I over doing it with the cottage cheese and splenda stuff. I have a killer sweet tooth and I find that this satisfies that but I'm willing to give it up if that is what it takes. I have to admit that I have been munching on sugar free popsicles. Texas summers are just so damn hot. But I can kill that too if you guys think it will make a difference.

And I drink about 120 oz of water per day!!

I know its frustrating when you dont' see the scale budge. My weight fluctuated +/- 2lb over 3 months from dec to march, but my bodyfat went down 9%. After that I lost another 7% bf & my weight slowly went down 20 lb for a competitoin in May.

To get over the hump you can take 2 approaches -- try losing the dairy first. Then also try some carb rotation to kick up your body's response to the diet.

I want to second the recommendation to lose the dairy. I used to drink a lot of carb countdown milk and casein protein shakes and once I dropped those out, I began to see more progress in my bodyfat % dropping. Just my personal experience....
