Age 28-29 (2 x cycles with full PCT)

Age 30-35 (no PEDS, focus on creating a family) little to no gym especially once covid came with gym closures and then struggled to get back into it, mentally struggled with life became an alcoholic. Would drink apple cider as breakfast juice in the morning. And was on depression meds got to 110kg and thought I never see my abs again.

At 35 pretty much around birthday, dropped the meds cold turkey, went on TRT Dec 2023 and got back into the gym. Dropped approx 15kg of fat never felt better!

35-36. ( 3 x cycles down now on my 4th)

Current Cycle started October 1st
Test E 200 per week
Tren A 200 per week
Mk677 25mg per day
Glow70. 2.5mg per day
Anavar 40mg (to be added in a couple week)

Did temp drop the Raptor Clen which is 🔥 taking 100mg a day. Might drop it to 50mg soon.

But coz I was pinning tren daily I was hand twitching that much I may as-well have gotten Michael J Fox to pin me.

Haven’t ran GH before / yet. Due to wife not being a fan of PeD peptides etc. but she has seen me do the glow and the MT2 now so GH looks like it be in near future

good job on those supps on that cycle @Trenhead3cc i think taurine is important while using tren. It really helps balance things out and it gives you some good micronutrients and helps with those nasty pumps.

Fucked my shoulder and neck Sunday arvo , carrying something awkward, found a new sports chiro / rehab clinic. He stayed open after hours for me so I could get seen.

Said I look like Jack reacher - 😛 what a compliment! But obviously I’m the Temu version. Did some dry needling and asked if I’m ok with needles haha

Then guessed my favorite exercise during the appointment and even came out and asked if I do gear. Which I told him I do sports TRT. But yeah from the injury happened to find a good physician going back next week and feel already a heap better!

Yeah it’s been a while I do mix and match hacks and leg press in there. Once I get my coach on board will have more structure to it . Leg day is where I struggle most to think of and utilise solid variation

@Trenhead3cc Bros is another great experience reading this. I like the different exercises you're doing. Start out with good leg extensions and then moving on to leg curls and squats. You hitting it everywhere. Plus your calves getting hit like a maniac.

Felt pretty good. To be honest it was a struggle to get myself in at 6am this morning. But once I got going felt good. Started Taking L citrulline 2000mg and L arginine 1000mg pre workout the pumps are great!

Unfortunately my gym back room mirror I take updated photos is full of cardboard rubbish from the new addition of machines at the gym. Waiting for them to get their act together to I can take a photo in the same spot and lighting.
