nice on the pendulum squats and seated leg curls @Trenhead3cc hip adductors and standing calf raises are amazing as well. This is a good iron training session I like it.

Leg extensions and seated leg curls are fantastic. I also have a lot of respect for the pendulum squat. And you did 28 repetitions at 30 kg. That's a really solid and respectable. @Trenhead3cc
 
how long you been doing the same program for? dont forget thats how we get progressive overload sticking to it
Yeah it’s been a while I do mix and match hacks and leg press in there. Once I get my coach on board will have more structure to it . Leg day is where I struggle most to think of and utilise solid variation

@Trenhead3cc Bros is another great experience reading this. I like the different exercises you're doing. Start out with good leg extensions and then moving on to leg curls and squats. You hitting it everywhere. Plus your calves getting hit like a maniac.

seated leg curl and hip adductors are on point. and the standing calf raises are very crucial. those help really exhaust the calves @Trenhead3cc
