TestC stacks to help in cutting fat

Jesus I'm so sick of the what roids burn fat.

I agree ...

it is similar logic to the hcg diet where people take 500 calories a day with hcg, then claim that hcg burns fat. doh!

if you starve yourself you will lose weight in the short term, it isn't rocket science.

its all about long term lifestyle changes if you want long term results.

keep in mind a subway sandwich contains about 700-900+ calories, add in the chips and soda and you are closer to 1200+. the average female should be bringing in under 1500 calories a day TOTAL if she even wants to sniff losing some weight. this is a real problem and I feel sorry for those that think eating a subway meal is actually helping them lose weight
 
At their best heavy stims only shut down appetite.

Anybody over 300lbs has to first completely give up their love affair with food.

The clients over 300lbs that I have worked with all knew way too much about food preparation and snack combos. Not a single person I have ever dealt with has ballooned up over 300lbs without making love to serious amounts of food over time. Boys over 300lbs all love to talk about snacks and sweets and breads and icing and frosting and bacon and syrup and gravy and all of that bad stuff.

Food is just sustenance, not an addiction to take over your life. Food is just fuel, not a drug to be craved.

I know bros that come here over 300lbs do not want to hear it but that is the truth. Give it up! give up that love affair with your food. Stop obsessing over meal combinations and watching the cooking channels for ideas. Stop it.

if you go to any café or restaurant and watch the amount of food people are eating. they take in more calories in that 1 meal then what they should be taking in for the entire day. add in the sit on our ass lifestyle watching tv, working on a computer, etc and now we know why most people are overweight.
 
For me I've found that what burns fat is doing cardio in the AM on an empty stomach ( not really empty I drink 36oz of water first).

Then waiting 60mins after that to breakfast and having something modest and healthy. Repeating the moderate and healthy rule at every meal.you can. Basicallyjust not stuffing my face through the day. That burned more fat than any drug or supplement ever did.
 
Your body is gonna naturally burn fat, trick is to not give it more fat to store in its place. Yo u can burn a cupcake, but what's the point if you just put two cupcakes back??
 
Guys, did you read my post entirely or just seen steroids to cut and ranted? I know diet and cardio, and I even stated that I've done it twice before. I want to know what I can stack with TestC, I'm going to be taking it anyway. I also asked for help with a meal plan ans a workout too, my immediate goal is to cut fat and lose weight yet, after I lose approx 100lbs of excess weight and get around 270-250 then get strong again. If you will help, I appreciate it, if not Fuck You, I'll figure it out like I did twice before in my life.

You should get down to below 16% bodyfat before using steroids.

If you do get down in weight, pretty much any steroid will help you maintain mass while you drop bodyfat.

If you wanted to speed up fat loss I would not recommend any stims until you are below 14% and just looking to get rid of the last few.

I'm not sure what you are wanting as far as stacks to use with Testosterone Cypionate, for a cutting cycle with a testC base bros add one or a combination of winstrol, GW501516, n2slin, Albuterol - all that stuff helps as long as your diet is right and your cardio on point.

Look bro, don't feel offended. It wasn't "steroids to cut" that set us off, it was "I'm 370lbs" and you want to use steroids- getting that high in weight is a clear sign of a problem with your nutritional choices, both in selection and portion. If you are saying" "I know diet and cardio, and I even stated that I've done it twice before" - Bro no you don't. You do not know Diet and Cardio. Not sitting there at 375lbs today as you type this, you do not know a thing about it bro. Not trying to bully you man, just need you to not lie to yourself like steroids are a fix-all.

Get down under 250lbs, and you can start thinking real cutting cycles with stims and supps and stronger orals, ect ect ect. First prove to yourself you can maintain a healthy lifestyle long enough to even consider the commitment to steroids.

you really want to strive to be in a 500 caloric deficit everyday if you are going to lose weight. that is the first thing to do

This is all completely right. Weight loss drugs like cardarine, albuterol etc. defiantly work but they help someone who's lean get shredded. They won't do much for someone who has a large amount of body fat.

If your body fat is above 10%, your body has a surplus of energy and will utilize fat as energy without any stimulants, drugs, steroids etc. It is only when you are 8% and lower does your body try to hord onto that last bit of fat as a survival mechanism. That's when you need PEDs.
