Pre-workout: Psycho90 (0.7 mL: Dbol 30 mg, Anadrol 30 mg, Superdrol 30 mg) — good pump/vascularity & mood, but not really aligned with current recovery phase.

Active recovery day — enjoying focus on neglected areas, though still feeling tightness & some pain.
