The newest book that was release a few years ago had some very interesting training and diet info.

Foundation
muscularity
maximum muscularity

Very good reading... anyone check it out?

Low reps and sets for hard cuts...
High reps and sets for muscle bulk... hmmm

Tha whole book just seemed to be some guy's opinion on how to lift and eat. Not much, if any, was backed by studies or references. I can write a book like that. I thought Ed. 3 by Phillips was pretty good, but Ed. 4 had no really good info.

thats true....

But the training articles were iteresting... exspecially the different execises...

You should write a book... Fitness people alwasy buy shit...

i flipped thru that book and that training program looked interesting. do you have that book? if you don't mind, could you post the training program? i was really kind of curious about the rationale behind the program itself.

The training is formatted around different diets...
ex.. Maximum Muscularity training has you eating low carbs therfor your training is based on low reps..1-3 ...

LOts of reading... I cant really type it word for word... maybe Ill scan it...
