I haven't tried 405 yet. Probably not going to. Don't really feel like it. lol
Diet will probably look like this:
7:00 Oatmeal + whey
10:00 Protein Bar
12:30 Beef, rice
3:00 Chicken
6:00 something before the gym. Not sure yet.
Post Workout: Shake
Before bed: Chicken
Had good results last time with this. Took in around 300g protein a day, about 100g carbs, around 30g fat.
