...you are getting GREAT resukts and he wants to point YOU to his other would-be clients and say:

"Yep - I'm training her."

...consider it a compliment.....



and then say F off.

He would give me a few 'free' sessions, and than I could get a 'deal' of 50 for $31 per session I told him that it was sad how he's a PT & believes that 1 program works for everyone, and to leave me the $&%@ alone - you are interupting my supersets

I think all the PT's are giving these ladies how BF% so them will book in with them, how else could they be so far off?

Like I said before, I don't trust ANY freeking trainer who says I *MUST* do things a certain way because there is absolutely no other way to do it except that way. FUCK HIM UP HIS GODDAMMFUKINASSHOLE.
 
Should I be dropping cals now?

Does this seem correct? I think the ratios for the diet are 45/25/30 (fr Trelin)

126 x10 = 1260 cals per day

Calories per gram:
fat = 9
carb = 4
pro = 4

Shooting for 1 gr of P for every lb = 504 cals = 40%
so - 45 % is 567 cals & 142 gr. P

Carbs should be about 25%
so 79 gr. Carbs = 315 cals

Fat should be about 30%
so 42 gr. fat = 378 cals

Does that look good to follow?

Sassy - your too funny... can't give you K cause I still suck, but you make me laugh ;)
 
I cant believe this a trainer telling you it is better to eat 3 times a day... what a loser... He just wants you on his client list so he can brag to the fat peeps that he trains you so they better train with him... Or he just wants to get you in the sack... Why is it that men think it is okay to hit on girls while we are working out? I would really like to know the answer to this... We are at the gym, sweating like crazy and some meathead comes over "hey baby want to come to my place tonight?" what the fuck... Yeah I would love to... And while I am at it how about I use you for my personal towel to wipe all my sweat onto....

Yup I have the MP3 player on full blast and they come up and I just look at them. Then they make the gesture like take your head phones off. I'm like mannn you have better something Reallll good to say!
