behind neck pulldows and bent over rear db laterals.

ON THE BTN PULLDOWNS - FACE AWAY FROM THE MACHINE AND USE A ROPE HANDLE....AS YOU PULL DOWN AND OUT...FLEX THE MIDBACK HARD..REALLY CRUNCH IT


SUPERSET

Hypers and ab routine(bicycles and scissors)


3 sets of 8-10 on hypers and 30 seconds each exercise onthe abs(total of 1 minute per cycle)
 
I feel like shit today mentaly! I am pissed at my self! I am not sore anywhere? I thought I pushed my self... I guess not enough... thats two day wasted (legs & back) wish I could take it back and start over! ahhhh :mad:

3 sets of 4 reps (12 TUT)....note the 12 second reps

I don't think you will always be sore. I think the gult helps with that.
