either is fine really......alternate them wo by wo if you wish.


the pulldowns will build strength.........to then do a chin.


does your gym have a chin machine?
 
Just got back from my BF test. Got a copy of her sheet to compare:

Last week: This week:
129.5lbs 126lbs
21.9%BF 18.6%BF
28.2 fat lbs 23.5 fat lbs
101.5 LBM 102.5 LBM

I measured my hips - 34inches / wrist 6inches
