Thanks guys. I have been trying to do this for years. Wasn't till now that I have seen ANY results like this Before I think I was eating way to little / wrong foods & doing much to much cardio.

And you ladies are so supportive, this would be hard for me if I didn't spend 20 hrs a day on EF
So, Shadow - how did you do it? I have had MANY people tell me how to eat / train, never really noticed much. Thing is, I'm not starving, and the max time I'm at the gym is 1hr15per day (ONLY on cardio days)
