Shadows project.....

Today is a foul-up….. We got a blizzard last night, and pretty much everything is closed today. The gym isn’t opened, so I couldn’t do HIIT today. To substitute I did a Tae-Bo video & tried to do ‘double time’ as the 30 sec intervals.

My work is closed, but I am here anyway (It’s closer to the gym & I’m hoping it may open at some point today)

The mail will be put on hold ANOTHER day, still waiting for my r-ala & yohimburn!

Shadow – today I ran out of the ala I had. The only place that is opened here is Supervalue – I picked up some ALA – it’s 100% Alpha-Lipoic-Acid (250mg) Do I still take 1 with each shake / carb meal? Am I missing out because I have the ala instead of the r?
 
It's 2pm & the gym is still not opened. I even called a few others to see if they are....no luck :rolleyes:

What can I do to make this day not a complete waste? Any ideas?

no..thats fine....250 mg per carb meal is totally fine...


do another cardio session b4 bed of you cant hit the weights today

oh my god!!!! Skittles we got that storm... I can't even see a meter in front of me (outside...lol!). I haven't done any cardio or weights today, I had to wait until my hubby got home. I'm sure everything will close here very soon and my Boo ain't home yet :( (getting worried) I don't think I would feel safe driving even if the gym was open.
so anyway.... just wrote this to say I feel you pain heheheh

I've been driving all day, can't stay in the house (gets boring & I don't have a SO here!)
On my way home tonight there was a little hair shop opened. Stopped in & asked for a trim........10 INCHES later I wanna cry

So, Shadow - me & Alycat are both a day behind. I did a video (and am gonna do another shortly - gotta space it, so I can have a shake afterwards & it's not too close to prev meal)
Should we both do HIIT tomorrow morn & legs afternoon?
