I'm only taking one a day... I took one today after my oatmeal and P.shake
I do not feel sick at all. I feel good no jitters, no dizziness. I also eat lunch so all those side effects might be from taking it on an empty stomach.
I'm not working out today, but tomorrow I'm gonna do some HIIT cardio in the am. I should go with out the Trex before eh???? and then when I get home , eat some breakfast and then take Trex????
 
I definately felt sides when taking it empty stomach. I CANNOT take it without some food in me. I could never take it pre-AM cardio. I always did cardio empty stomach, then took T-Rex after breakfast. It just worked for me that way.

I never got jitters either. If I did cardio in the afternoon, I noticed I got hot faster and sweat more.

I'd stick with one a day for awhile. You will notice that you will get used to this dose after a week or so. Probably first thing you'll notice is your appetite comes back. Then you can go to 2 a day, spread out. I wouldn;t take 2 at a time for awhile - that nausea will kick your booty if you aren't ready for it,

Personal Info here - one big thing you'll notice with T-Rex is an increase in going poopy. :) You'll likely have to go more often or they will be "more productive". This is a good sign, means your metabolism is chugging along faster. :)

Anyway... That’s what I will do... cardio am. Then breakfast with T-rex. After one week and when my appetite comes back full force, I will up it to two Trexs a day.
Do I then up it to 3 in another week? Another thing; do I have to "cycle" this (take a break from it for a couple weeks like you do with the old ephedrine formulas)
 
As you adjust to T-Rex, I would add one at a time. I wouldn't take them after 4ish - it can affect your sleep. Esp if you are at all sensitive to sleep issues, or sleep is easily interrupted. The week plan I have here is a VERY rough exmaple, you adjust as needed. You may need to adjust dose more or less often. Individual response varies greatly.

For example:
Week 1 - 1 8am
Week 2- 1 8am, 1 12pm
Week 3 - 1 8am, 1 12pm, 1 3pm
Week 4 - 2 8am, 1 12pm, 1, 3pm OR 1 8am, 1 10am, 1 12pm, 1 3pm
You get the point. :)

I like cycling. I think it works best for everything. You could do 4 weeks on T-Rex, 4 weeks on ECA (or other fat burner).
 
So week #1 is coming to an end…. I’ll have to get some new pics done. I’m getting my BF done on Wed. I’m posting the exercises/weights I did this week just for my reference.

Monday – Legs:
Leg extensions 45/60/60/65 for 3/50 for 8
Curls 40/50/55 for 6 /50
Dead lifts 60/80/90
Lunges 15/20/15

Tuesday – Back:
Wide pull down 60/60/65/60
Seated rows 55/70/55
Reverse pec dec 40/40/45
Hypers 140/180/200/180

Wednesday – Chest:
Incline DB press 15/20/25for6/20
Incline flyes 12/15/15
Cable cross overs 30/35/30

Thursday – Shoulders (supersets)
Lateral raises 10/12/10
DB press 10/10/10for6
Front laterals 8/8
Upright rows 20/30
Shrugs 20/25/25
Rev pec dec 40/45/40

Friday – Arms (supersets)
Incline curls 15/15/15
Seated dip machine 60/70/80
Preacher curls 35/35/25
Pushdowns 60/65/60
Kickbacks DB 10/12/10
Alternate DB curls 20/20/15

I did my first balls to the wall back workout this week & it feels pretty good! I survived 5 cardio / dance classes and only went nuts on the natty PB the other night. Gotta watch those low sleep nites tho. Otherwise...

Pretty damn good I'd say :)
