Skittles, in those pics of your supplements, it looks like you are taking the GNC bran of multi-vit, anyway that's what I"m taking and it makes my 'pee' florescent yellow, is this normal... does this happen to you?
 
Flourescent pee is normal. It is the excess vitamins and minerals your body can't absorb. Usually B Vits and Vit C.

Even when well hydrated, when I was taking extra B Vits my pee was ALWAYS greenish-yellow. (waaaaaaaaaay too much info!)

I always take my vit before bed, so I notice it only with my first morning urine. Otherwise the rest of the day is pale pale yellow or clear.

Now that everyone knows about my urine........lol

Well Skittles, Shadow... I made it to the gym...it took forever and then when I got in the change room, this girl (grade 12) looked awful I asked if she was ok... she looked drunk or high on something... she said "ya I"m fine" I asked her if she needed any water she said "no" I still got it out and handed it to her and then PLUNK!! she's gone passes out on me ... shit I didn't know what to do... I put cold water on her (a bit) and then ran to the front desk for help, by the time we got back she was coming around...
God I was scared... they gave her a Gatorade and she got some color back...

well that got my adrenaline going... had a pretty good work out and then some HIIT cardio 6 cycles.
