Well Skittles, Shadow... I made it to the gym...it took forever and then when I got in the change room, this girl (grade 12) looked awful I asked if she was ok... she looked drunk or high on something... she said "ya I"m fine" I asked her if she needed any water she said "no" I still got it out and handed it to her and then PLUNK!! she's gone passes out on me ... shit I didn't know what to do... I put cold water on her (a bit) and then ran to the front desk for help, by the time we got back she was coming around...
God I was scared... they gave her a Gatorade and she got some color back...
well that got my adrenaline going... had a pretty good work out and then some HIIT cardio 6 cycles.
