I feel pretty good.
After my WO I had a PP with PB is that ok for post WO and Pre bed time ;)
I added fat cause I went to bed after, although it was post WO so I wanted fast absorbing... So I donno...:(



then next thing I was wondering about was the difference in form between stiff deadlifts for legs and stiff deadlifts for back.

well....keepa slight bend in hams to target hams and come up2/3 of the way.

ok cool... I'm gonna look it up on the net too to see picture... I never used those before, well not often, I like them though ;)

what about the post WO PP and PB?
 
well......before bed its damned if you do and damn if you dont..


I think fast was best of the two

not sure really, she said she was sick, never eat all day and went to the gym only to gosip in the steam room and hot tub. she was hang out in them for over and hour.

Alright I was told before by a 'trainer' to come up all the way on the hamstrings and squeeze. That it works the area where the upper hamstring and gluteus maximus join. Is that wrong? I'm having a hard time walking today, and my inner thighs are KILLING.

no...but it involves a lot of lumbars for that area.....


you can come all the wya up and squeeze - nothing worng with that...I prefer to hit lower butt/upper hams on a 45 degree hyper...you using a bar?

think like this...the farther you come up...the higher on the leg it targets...

They have a nautilus machine where you lay on your stomach and bring your feet up to your butt. They have a Hammer Strength piece of equipment that you sit on and bend your knees towards you. Of course there are the leg press, lunges, and split squats that I also do. I just try to mix things up to keep it interesting....
 
Ok - week # 1 of the dieting/training is complete! Here are some pics. I will get the full body shots done next time I visit my mom (soon)

Have no idea how much I weigh right now, I have been experiencing a period from hell & choose not to weigh myself at the moment :rolleyes:

Get my BF tested again tomorrow morn. (she will check my weight than)

After a week, feeling good. Had a couple foul ups (Friday & the gym being closed yesterday) Anyway, your thought please :)
