Well a while back on the boards there was this talk of something called cardio, and thats when I normally try and have sex on my off days which I make my cardio days. the way I figure it is you're burning ALOT of calories doing it so why do it on a lift day. :D
 
lifting with a loaded weapon is dangerous, cuz your either oggling spandex chics in the gym or rushing through your sets to get home and call up some ho
 
my rules:

sex of any kind is allowed whenever i am lucky enough to get it, even if it is 5 minutes before a squat workout.

on heavy days, i try and cut my masturbation activities down to under 5 x a day, and never right before lifting. j/k

i tried not having sex once and found that i just got in more fights. kindof silly if you ask me.

my friend reminded me of an australian football player who got laid the night before, everything was all well and good. except his wife promised certain sexual acts and positions that havent been done before (whilst talking dirty). he would only get the favours if his team one.

the whole match he couldnt concentrate and fumbled the ball a lot....all he could think about was the sex after the match.

ps after running a test:
no sex doenst effect powerlifting, although it had been a while.
when i went to training today all i could think about was last night.....i lost focus and lost count, but still made progress in my PR's
 
I have to go with Irishpower and Jay on this one. I have had sex before fights, and before lifting, and I have also fought without having had sex and have lifted without having had sex. It makes no difference. If you are so out of shape that a little nookie the night before a performance is going to knock you off your level, then you need to be in better condition.

I have sex as often as I possibly can. If I did not, there would be a lot of injured and dying people around me. And incidentally, guys for your prostate's health, it is important to "release" as Jay put it, every single day. I never miss a day and neither should you. You prostate will thank you for it in a few years.

HEY BRAIN are you joking about it's good to release everyday or are you serious about the prostate thing. If it really is that way then shit I'ma have to be with my g/f alot more and when it comes around that time of the month settle for her hand. ;)
 
more than once a day ! the more loads you blow, the more conditioned you are to make the baby batter, the longer you can fuck, then stay hard after numerous loads are blown. this makes sense, think hard about it.
 
That's a really good thought bro, I've been wonderin why I shoooot faster and then go longer. I'm gonna have to practice more.
