Hey all,,,trying to hone my keton diet and want to see what you all think of it so far...I am 40yr...240lbs..6'2"...
600am snack:
2tblspoons flax oil
Breakfast:
12 hard boiled eggs (two yokes)
5 peices of bacon
1000am snack:
Low carb protien drink
2 tblspoons of flax oil
Lunch:
Large salad with cottage cheese and chicken salad made with mayo includes lots of veggies
200pm Snack:
2 tblspoons of flax oil
2 MRB (pure Protien)
Dinner:
Meat loaf;
broccali florets ) 1 cup
cottage cheese 1 cup
Evening snack
2 tblespoons flax oil
My workouts are pretty intense (to me anyways) in a little under and hour (for example) on chest and tri day i get in 12 sets of chest and 8-12 sets of tris...use alot of up and down the rack and super set techniques....My first week on diet seems pretty successfull..i feel reeally thin..especially around the waist..my pants are literally sagging on my waist...hopefully i can keep lean mass on also....I have never been able to see alot of veins in my muscles even in my biceps..but am starting to notice ssome in my deltoids and biceps...well..appeciate the feedback...thanks
