Ceros New member Nov 24, 2006 #1 So, how do I, plain as simple as that. Basically, what is a good obleque toning workout, without weights and without a machine or anything just the ground. Well, I have a 10lb dumbell, a straight bar, and an EZ bar if I can do anything with those.
