sculpting obleques ( or however you spell it )

So, how do I, plain as simple as that. Basically, what is a good obleque toning workout, without weights and without a machine or anything just the ground. Well, I have a 10lb dumbell, a straight bar, and an EZ bar if I can do anything with those.

Ok, you didn't really explain what that was...but I looked it up and don't you kind of need a machine for that?

diet off the fat on them and you'll see them.

^^^^ for toning the only way to improve is to simply lose the bodyfat that is covering them. This is one of my favorite exercises called a good diet!

Well I don't really have a too set of a diet...but it's something like 2000-2500, differs every day. But, I eat pretty much everything healthy, not candy, or anything like that.

If you have no toned muscle it wont matter how low your b/f is...

Same goes for every other muscle group, you have to tone and shape the muscle AND lose the fat that is covering it up

Hanging leg raises... and twist to each side as you do them... that is about the only exercise you need for abs, maybe some situps once a week.

What people consider healthy can vary greatly. Also just because the food you are eating is healthy does not automatically make it ideal for fat loss, nor does it mean the foods you are eating are meeting all of your nutritional needs. Case in point, unless you are diabetic or hypoglycemic, oranges have plenty of health benefits, however eating 3 or 4 oranges a day while cutting is really going to slow down your progress.

Pretty healthy sometimes means lower cals, low fat low carb, much processing, etc.
Instead of looking at the nutrional value on the back also watch the ingredients... those are often overlooked ... you see a lot of things you cannot pronouce & the list gets long & longer, put it back & find a healthier alternative.

I'll try to get a better diet too. And add some more running, cardio and abs to my workout next time I modify my log...which is once a month.

low bf and you will see your obleques, doesnt matter how much you workj themn or how strong they are, if your bf is high you will not see them, so like everyopne esle said...,DIET

I like to put 405+ on the squat bar w/ out clamps - then I start to do side-bends until one plate falls off one side - then I go the other way until one falls off the other side - at 405 it is 4 good reps per side.........lol

Just had to give a squat style solution to a sculping question

I'll lower my bf a little maybe, so then I'll see 'em more. Or maybe add some toning workout as well. And yes diet too! so yah thanks for the advice guys! appreciate it all.

Here's my log. I don't really have a specified diet, but I try to eat healthy, but I do add things to my diet as you can see by this. And this is my log for running and working out too.

If you don't have a specific diet, with planned out macros youre going to have a hell of a ton dropping body fat. You can drop weight, but body fat is a lot trickier.

Honestly just do some ab work. Training the obliques themselves is somewhat a waste of time. It's still a muscle and too much work will make you thicker.

Ok thanks man. I'll try out some of those...I really needed more ab workouts in my routine anyways. Thanks!
