Well I don't really have a too set of a diet...but it's something like 2000-2500, differs every day. But, I eat pretty much everything healthy, not candy, or anything like that.

What people consider healthy can vary greatly. Also just because the food you are eating is healthy does not automatically make it ideal for fat loss, nor does it mean the foods you are eating are meeting all of your nutritional needs. Case in point, unless you are diabetic or hypoglycemic, oranges have plenty of health benefits, however eating 3 or 4 oranges a day while cutting is really going to slow down your progress.

Pretty healthy sometimes means lower cals, low fat low carb, much processing, etc.
Instead of looking at the nutrional value on the back also watch the ingredients... those are often overlooked ... you see a lot of things you cannot pronouce & the list gets long & longer, put it back & find a healthier alternative.
