low bf and you will see your obleques, doesnt matter how much you workj themn or how strong they are, if your bf is high you will not see them, so like everyopne esle said...,DIET
I like to put 405+ on the squat bar w/ out clamps - then I start to do side-bends until one plate falls off one side - then I go the other way until one falls off the other side - at 405 it is 4 good reps per side.........lol
Just had to give a squat style solution to a sculping question
I'll lower my bf a little maybe, so then I'll see 'em more. Or maybe add some toning workout as well. And yes diet too! so yah thanks for the advice guys! appreciate it all.
Here's my log. I don't really have a specified diet, but I try to eat healthy, but I do add things to my diet as you can see by this. And this is my log for running and working out too.

If you don't have a specific diet, with planned out macros youre going to have a hell of a ton dropping body fat. You can drop weight, but body fat is a lot trickier.
So, how do I, plain as simple as that. Basically, what is a good obleque toning workout, without weights and without a machine or anything just the ground. Well, I have a 10lb dumbell, a straight bar, and an EZ bar if I can do anything with those.
Honestly just do some ab work. Training the obliques themselves is somewhat a waste of time. It's still a muscle and too much work will make you thicker.
