Hey girl!
OMG DAY 2 in the gym.
This congestion sucks moose balls. It is in my chest still (despite my $50 worth of script drugs) and mostly just sounds bad. But it sux. Anyway....
Diet -- eh still a bit whacko but moving in the right direction. I think I'm way low on carbs today (as will be obvious in my meal plans... need to incorporate another carb meal tomorrow & see how I feel)
Meal 1: 8 am
protein pancake things:
- 1/2 c oatmeal
- 1 splenda
- 1 scoop ON protein mix
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
MEal 2: 12:30 -- no appetite this morning but drank crap loads of green tea
Protein mush:
- 1 scoop ON protein mix
- 1 splenda
- 1 tsp ANPB
- 1 tsp flax meal
Meal 3: 3 pm
4 oz turkey patty
2 c broccoli salad
1 tsp sesame vinagrette for flavor
Meal 4: 5:30 pm
Protien mush - repeat meal 2
Meal 5 -- 6 pm
well sorta pre-workout protein cuz I didn't think the protein mush was enough to go to the gym with
4 oz turkey patty
Meal 6 -- tbd -- coughing so much throw down a few throat lozenges & that killed my appetite.
Training: legs
- exploratory as to what I can do w/ my knees
- also I am either in shitball cardiovascular shape, my cold is inhibiting me or somethign is up - I get winded very easily right now. Will see how it goes & if I can condition myself just w/ goign back to the gym, else I'm getting a check up.
6 min treadmill warm up: angle 8 speed 3.5
Super:
- walking lunges: 20 lb/20 steps there / 20 back 20/15 step + back kick 20/15 double lunge
- 45 degree hyperextension: no wt/20 x 3
Super:
- ATF squat: bar/15 x 3 -- here I"m primarily watching my knees to see if they pop or something - all went well and I was winded after each set.
- reverse lunge: 25/10 each side x 3
Leg press:
- wide: 45 x 2/12 x 3 - took these really slow & easy, very deep
- narrow: 45x4/12 x 3 - much stronger - but my left calf has been crampy all day & it started to flare. ALso started to get that cold clammy sweat so --- low blood sugar, time to go home. Obviously low carb & low cals today.
