Rough Draft of my diet plan

Going to start a 8 week cutting plan starting next week and I'm currently working out the numbers. I'm 6'1, 220 and 18 years old. The diet is 2300 calories with 310/128/60 so a % of 64/26/12. Was aiming for 50/40/10 but had problems getting there. Anyways, critique ahead, I'm an amateur at this so I'm sure you will find flaws.

Wake up at around 6:30
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 2 slices of bread.
304 calories, 27g protein, 26 gram carb, 11 gram fat

Head to classes from 8-12, somewhere in middle drink my shake
2nd Meal: 2 cups of whey and milk
480 calories, 56g protein, 34g carb, 15g fat

Come home and make lunch, eat at 1ish
lunch: 4 pieces of chicken tenderloins
220 calories, 46g protein, 0 carbs, 2g fat

At around 4ish before work/gym
4th meal: another shake, 2 cups of whey and milk
480 calories, 56g protein, 34g carb, 15g fat

At 7/8
Dinner: 6 chicken tenderloins
330 calories, 69g protein, 0 carbs, 3g fat

Around 10 PM
6th meal: final shake, 2 cups of whey and milk
480 calories, 56g protein, 34g carb, 15g fat

So exact numbers are around 2294 calories, 310 protein, 128 carbs, 61 fat

If I were you I'd add some green veggies somewhere in there!!! I dunno though.

Definitely. I would incorporate vegitables somewhere in there and if possible replace the milk in the shakes with water..then substitute in the lost carbs from the milk (lactose) with some complex carbs (such as oats, brown rice, yams, etc)

Looks pretty good otherwise..

Don't know much about diet, what are the benefits of vegetables?
