Hey, i've been thinking about improving my body composition for along time now i would like to give my body more definition. The thing is i don't no where to start! I regularly exercise by doing basketball, netball and my martial art i also go to the gym, cycle, swim and use my punch bag. i need help though with a diet and exercise plan. i want to become more defined but i don't no how to reach my goal please help!
