ran out of flax..is safflower oil ok to use for the remaining time up to precontest?

i think that is the part of Missy that confuses us all... and why most people have given up on her. Missy... why are you doing a fitness competition, if you just want to have the Britney Spears body :confused: don't get me wrong, I think Britney has a nice body... but by no means does she look like a fitness competitor/model. what exactly ARE your goals?

NYM is right - you don't need to do carb-ups for a fitness competion.

And quite frankly if you think you NEED them, for some reason, keep 'em under 100 grams, and lower the carbs on the downcycle, and maybe spread out how often you do them.

I checked out the pic - you're very cute - and browsed the thread, and you were talking about 500 gram carb loads. That is WAY too much.

Ripped abs take work, not genetics, and carb-ups won't help much.

well im doin NYm diet for the remaining time until 5 weeks out ...it starts may 8...then i will just follow the bev precontest diet i posted...but they suggested a carb up and it wont store as fat do to the low carbs and low calorie..mabye i just should eliminate the carb ups and just add more healthy fats..then at 3 weeks out i can carb up on thursday nights instead of monday and thursdays
