Just came back from a 3 mile run,just enough energy to do bi's in the garage.Once again great info Mr sin,your making this alot easier for me cheers man.Here's a couple of pics from 3 weeks ago(TBH my gut looks pritty good there),its all goto go!!!
I must be doing somin right,just weighed at the gym and ive lost half a stone .All this running is finally paying off.I have one question about diet tho......anyone eat baked beans?,they have little fat low cal's but there is some suger,just wondering because i could eat beans all day.
