I know this is a well debated topic, but me and my cousin were just talking about it.
You always see the advice, "Cut back on the cardio, 5 days is too much", or something to that point. But what about the people playing football or basketball, more football because of mass, but, they have practices 5 times a week at least and every day there is a cardio work out of some kind, not counting game day.
Now break that down to a normal person who is trying to get into good shape. We dont have "practices" everyday, we have the gym, or our workout. Sure some probably bangout the weights as hard as pro athletes but theres always that "your doing to much cardio" post for everyone. What is the difference in an average person doing say 5 days of cardio, maybe 3 days moderate to light pace for 30-45mins, and maybe 2 days HIIT.
Just curious to get some oppinions from you guys...
