Proper diet

Is this a good diet i weigh 165 and have 19 percent body fat. For foods i eat lettace plain , yoplait yogurt, strawberries, protein bars and thats it. I also drink sugar free red bull. i want to lose 35lbs and have a body fat of 9 percent or lower. Help me please...... any information is great
 
Jesus, I dont know much about diet but I think thats not a good diet for any application really. Youre going to need some animal protein of some sort (meats, eggs), carbohydrates (rice, potato type stuff), and at least some sort of fat. someone else could really chime in for the specifics but the key is to eat small meals throughout the day, eating around 6 or 7 times a day. do your cardio first thing in the morning when you have nothing in your system and your body is forced to burn fat working out.
 
that's nowhere near food for a proper cutting diet, here's a basic shopping list for you(i'm doing this off the top of my head so i might miss one or two things)

chicken
tuna
salmon
hot sauce
oatmeal
splenda
vegetables(steamed or raw)
cinnamon
egg whites
SF popsicles

go get these then i'll help you create a proper diet
ok thanks alot im a picky eater but ill have to give a little to get a little i guess. I acutually have all those except the popsilcles
