just a quick update. Feeling a lot better, more energy, and have switched up my lipoflame/stim3 dosage.
I take 3 flame and 1 stim3 in the a.m. and 2 flame in the p.m.
I've been doing A.I.F.M. two sprays on my forearms (tried it on my shins and I "feel" it more through the forearms).
I just wondered how many weeks I should do the workout when I do cardio two-a-days the first day, cardio and lifting the second, and a rest day the third?
Here is what you told me to do and i've been doing in the weightroom every three days.
Lat PD
Machine BP
BB Rows
Smith Shoulder Presses
Cable Crossovers
BB Curls
Tricep Pulldowns
Lateral Raises
all 5 set method.
Is this correct omega?
If so how many more weeks of this before switching to something else?
