I need some help here. What is the best pre workout meal.Im not a bodybuilder i powerlift for football. Ive been using 2 scoops of MHP UP your MASS (half) before and for post ive been using 4 scoops. I heard 2 slices of whole wheat w/ cottage cheese works well.

are you eating the cottage chesse and wheat bread before after cardio? You dont want to eat anything for an 1 1/2 before your workout and wait at least 30-1 hour after to eat any solid food as well. The shakes are good but i would add 50 grams of sugar post workout to spike your insulin and maybe some before also if you are trying to gain.
